Tom Nevers - President Hitting and Fielding Instruction Tom started his career at Edina High School. He was then drafted and played professionally for 13 seasons. Tom lends his coaching efforts to the Edina Baseball Association. Tom has been giving lessons, camps, and clinics since 2000.

Gene Larkin - Vice President Hitting and Fielding Instruction Gene was a member of the Minnesota Twins for seven years where he was a member of the 1987 and 1991 World Series Championship teams. Gene coaches Traveling Baseball in Eden Prairie. Gene has been coaching and giving baseball instruction since 2000.
Tom Quinlan Hitting & Fielding Tom is an alum of Hill-Murry High School where he currently is the Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach. He was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays and continued playing professionally for 16 seasons. He earned a World Series ring with the Toronto Blue Jays in 1992. Tom is currently opening a new Players Only in Stillwater MN at the LumberYard Sports Complex. See their home page for more information.
Kerry Ligtenberg Pitching After graduating from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Ligtenberg spent 12 years playing in the major league for the Atlanta Braves, Arizona Diamondbacks, Baltimore Orioles and Toronto Blue Jays. Ligtenberg most recently played in 2009 for the St. Paul Saints. Kerry was a member of the class of '89 from Park-Cottage Grove High School and is now the Head Baseball Coach at his alma mater. Kerry is available for ages 14 and up.

Rachel Osdoba Fastpitch Softball Hitting and Fielding Instruction Rachel graduated from Mankato East High School where she was a standout 3 sport athlete. While attending The University Of St. Thomas, Rachel was an Academic All-Region and a NFCA Academic Award Winner. She played softball at the University and has coached various softball and strenght & conditioning clinics. Rachel has a degree in secondary educaiton an is currently pursuing a law degree a the U of M, Rachel has been giving private and clinic instruction 2005.

Brad Mazer Hitting, pitching and catching Brad played high school baseball at Orono High School before moving on to Gustavus Adolphus College. Brad then went on to pay for the Fargo-Moorehead Redhawks for 3 seasons.Brad has been giving instruction since 2005.

Luke Appert Hitting and fielding Luke attended Park High School in Cottage Grove where he was a standout ballplayer earning Minnesota's "Mr. Baseball" award. After high school, he then went on to play for the University of Minnesota where he was twice named the "Big Ten Player of the Year". Luke was then drafted by the Oakland Athletics. He spent time in the minor leagues with both the Oakland A's and the Philadelphia Phillies before retiring from professional baseball in 2008. Luke has been giving instruction and teaching since 2008.

Tim Beasley Hitting and pitching Tim played high school baseball at Minnewaska Area High School. Then he went on to play in junior college at Iowa Western before transferring to Louisiana-Lafayette. Tim is the Assistant Head Coach at Bethal University in Minneapolis. Tim is also the pitching coach for the Edina Legion team and a roving pitching coach for the Edina Baseball Association. Tim has been giving instruciton and teaching since 2007.

Rob Wassenaar Catching and Hitting Rob is a graduate of Edina High school where he played basketball, football and baseball. He is a graduate of Stanfor University. Rob has been instructing and teaching since 2009.

Nate Hanson Hitting and Fielding Nate is a graduate of Eden Prairie High School where he was a standout Baseball and Hockey Player. Nate moved on to have a stellar career at the University of Minnesota and is currently playing in the Minnesota Twins minor league system. Nate has been instructing and teaching since 2008.

Greg Laughlin Hitting and Fiedling Greg is a graduate of Eden Prairie High School where he played on the 2004 State Championship team. He then went on to play for 4 years at Southwest Minnesota State University. Greg has been instructing and teachig since 2009.

Jeff Tenney Pitching Jeff played for Minnetonka High School and continued on to play for Regis University in Denver Colorado. He also played 4 seasons with the Minnetonka Millers. Jeff is in his 10th year of pitching instruction.

Tony Ruemmele Pitching Tony played high school baseball at Hill-Murray High School. He holds the 4th lowest ERA (0.68) in St. Mary’s University history. Tony then went on to become an All-Conference outfielder for UW Platteville. Tony is currently the Pitching Coach for Eden Prairie High School and has been giving lessons for 8 years.

Jacob Esch Pitching Jacob graduated from Cretin-Derham Hall High School. Jacob was a strong 3 sport athlete during his high school years. His team won the 2007 State Baseball Championship under head coach Jim O'Neill and winning Pioneer Press Metro Player of the Year. Jacob attended Georgia Tech and played for 3 seasons as a Yellow Jacket. He was a full-time starter and was named to the All- Atlanta Regional sqad. In 2011 he was drafted by by the Florida Marlins in the 11th round as a pitcher and has played in the summer organization for the GCL Marlins and Jamestown Jammers of the New York Penn League.

Cass Kreitlow Pitching: Cass Kreitlow graduated from Minnewaska Area High School and went on to play collegiately at Hamline University. In his final year he led the Pipers to their first Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship and their first regional tournament berth in school history while setting a school record for wins in a season. In his senior year he was an All-MIAC and Midwest All-Region selection as a starting pitcher. Kreitlow has been giving instruction and teaching since 2008.

Beth graduated from Mahtomedi High School as Captain of her hockey and softball teams. She then went on to win a National Championship with the University of St. Thomas Fastpitch Softball team in 2005 and was also a National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American Scholar-Athlete. Beth was primarily a first baseman. She has had the opportunity to coach many softball clinics through the University. Beth graduated in 2008 with degrees in Business and Spanish. She continues to instruct at various clinics and evaluate tryouts for surrounding communities. Beth has coached traveling softball teams in Mahtomedi at the 14U and 16U age levels and enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge of the game.

Kim Westendorf Fast Pitch Instruction

Kim Westendorf played high school softball at Mankato East before she started her college career at South Dakota State University. Kim played her last season at North Dakota State University where her team finished in the sweet sixteen. Kim was named to the Division I All-Independent team twice and All-Academic team 3 times. Kim has been instructing pitching since 2007, and is currently the assistant varsity coach at Fridley High School where she teaches.
