Tom Nevers - President - Hitting and Fielding Instruction Tom started his career at Edina High School. He was then drafted and played professionally for 13 seasons. Tom lends his coaching efforts to the Edina Baseball Association. Tom has been giving lessons, camps, and clinics for 8 years.

Gene Larkin - Vice President - Hitting and Fielding Instruction Gene was a member of the Minnesota Twins for seven years where he was a member of the 1987 and 1991 World Series Championship teams. Gene coaches Traveling Baseball in Eden Prairie. Gene has been coaching and giving baseball instruction for 6 years.

Penny Witzenburg - General Manager - Fastpitch Softball Hitting and Fielding Instruction
Penny graduated from Fairfield High School in Iowa where she was a standout 4 sport athlete. While attending Concordia University in Saint Paul, Penny was an Academic All-American from 2000-2003. Penny is currently the head coach at Bloomington Jefferson High School, and will be coaching the upcoming Elite Club Team sponsored by Players Only. Penny has been giving private and clinic instruction for 5 years.

Tom Quinlan Hitting and fielding Tom is an alum of Hill-Murry High School where he currently is the Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach. He was then drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays and continued playing professionally for 16 seasons. He earned a World Series ring with the Toronto Blue Jays in 1992. Tom is in his 3rd year of instruction.

Brad Mazer Hitting, pitching and catching Brad played high school baseball at Orono High School before moving on to Gustavus Adolphus College. Brad then went on to pay for the Fargo-Moorehead Redhawks for 3 seasons.Brad has been giving instruction for 5 years.

Luke Appert Hitting and fielding Luke attended Park High School in Cottage Grove where he was a standout ballplayer earning Minnesota's "Mr. Baseball" award. After high school, he then went on to play for the University of Minnesota where he was twice named the "Big Ten Player of the Year". Luke was then drafted by the Oakland Athletics. He spent time in the minor leagues with both the Oakland A's and the Philadelphia Phillies before retiring from professional baseball in 2008.This is Luke’s second year of instruction.

Tim Beasley Hitting and pitching Tim played high school baseball at Minnewaska Area High School. Then he went on to play in junior college at Iowa Western before transferring to Louisiana-Lafayette. Tim is the head coach of North Central University in Minneapolis. This is Tim’s second year of instruction. |

Pete Swenson Hitting, Pitching and Fielding Pete played baseball in Oklahoma City before moving to Minnesota and attending Minnetonka High School. Pete has many years of experience coaching Babe Ruth and is currently part of the Minnetonka Baseball Staff. Pete is in his eighth year of instruction.

TJ Wiesner Catching and Hitting TJ attended Cretin Derham High School. After graduating from Cretin, TJ helped manage the Minnesota Twins Bullpen for 12 years. Currently TJ is the St. Paul Saints Bullpen Coach. This is TJ’s fifth year of instruction.

Nate Hanson Hitting and Fielding Nate is a graduate of Eden Prairie High School where he was a standout Baseball and Hockey Player. Nate moved on to have a stellar career at the University of Minnesota and is currently playing in the Minnesota Twins minor league system. Nate is in his second year of instruction. |

Tyler Oaks Pitching Tyler is a graduate of Jordan High School and went on to have a very successful career at the University of Minnesota. A very talented right handed pitcher is still playing pro ball and will be giving instruction until Mid March. He is the son on Gopher Pitching coach Todd Oaks.

Jeff Tenney Pitching Jeff played for Minnetonka High School and continued on to play for Regis University in Denver Colorado. He also played 4 seasons with the Minnetonka Millers. Jeff is in his 10th year of pitching instruction.

Jim Brower Pitching Jim attended Minnetonka High School and then went on to play at the University of Minnesota from 1992-1994. While there, he earned 1st team all Big-Ten honors as well as the Dave Winfield Award given to the Pitcher of the Year. Jim was selected in the 6th round of the MLB draft by the Texas Rangers in 1994. In his 15 seasons in Professional Baseball Jim compiled several honors. Most notably, Jim led all of Major League Baseball in appearances with 89 in 2005.

Pete Fuller Pitching Pete started his playing career for Wayzata High School. From high school he went on to play at Butler University, Iowa Western Community College, and Marist College. Pete is currently the Pitching Coach for Augsburg College in Minneapolis. Pete has been giving lessons for 4 years.

Tony Ruemmele Pitching Tony played high school baseball at Hill-Murray High School. He holds the 4th lowest ERA (0.68) in St. Mary’s University history. Tony then went on to become an All-Conference outfielder for UW Platteville. Tony is currently the Pitching Coach for Eden Prairie High School and has been giving lessons for 8 years.
