PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

The Elite Throwing Program is geared for baseball players ages 14 and older, regardless of past training. Uniquely designed, this specialized program focuses on strengthening the entire system through med-balls, bands, and core movements.  This program is for any pitcher or position player looking to decrease the risk of injury, increase recover time, develop functional strength, maximize velocity and enhance performance in preparation for the upcoming season.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

Elite Throwing Program (Monday & Thursday)
$200 per TRAINING BLOCK
Sessions will be held on Monday & Thursday @ 7:00PM–8:00PM

TRAINING BLOCKS
BLOCK 1: 11/01/10 - 11/24/10 (no session on 11/25/10 because of Thanksgiving)
BLOCK 2: 11/29/10 - 12/23/10
BLOCK 3: 12/27/10 - 01/20/11
BLOCK 4: 01/24/11 - 02/17/11
BLOCK 5: 02/21/11 - 03/17/11
